Multifactor authentication will need to be enabled in order to access your account, details on this can be found below.
Your IT account has also been activated with a Microsoft Office 365 subscription, which provides you with access to Microsoft Office applications and 1TB of cloud storage in OneDrive.
Step 1
When you sign in, you will be greeted with the message below:
Please click ‘Next’:
Step 2
Please enter your mobile phone number (including the leading zero), then click ‘Next’:
Step 3
You will receive a code via text (provided you have good mobile signal coverage, the code should come through within 20-30 seconds), please enter the code and click ‘Verify’:
Step 4
Provided the process completes successfully, the message below will be shown. Please click ‘Done’ to return to the sign in screen:
All done!
When signing into Office 365 products, you will now be prompted for a new code:
