Debbie started her career with a national dairy company involved in quality assurance and then progressed to production management for a large, private dairy. Debbie has been with Reaseheath for a number of years primarily involved in improving commercial capability and managing the food processing halls before starting her teaching career. Debbie completed BSc (Hons) Food Technology in Education at University of Chester, and went on to study PgDip in Public Health Nutrition. Debbie is a member of the Institute for Science and Dairy Technology and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Lisa completed BSc (Hons) (1st class) in Biochemistry with Biology and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. Lisa has an extensive history in applied research and laboratory management.

Lisas hobbies include working in her allotment garden and camping with her family.
Daniel was awarded a BSc in food science and technology as well as an engineering title (Ingenieur) by Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe, Germany. Daniel then completed MSc in Food Technology with Quality Assurance from the University of Reading, UK. Daniel is in his final year towards a PhD in Chemical Engineering (part time) at the University of Birmingham.
In addition, Daniel has worked for numerous years in the food industry in Germany and the UK, including companies such as Weetabix and Kuchenmeister GmbH. Further, Daniel was the Chief Technology Officer, Director and Co-Founder of Rheality Ltd, a technology and spinout company that has developed a novel rheometric device.

Nick completed BSc in Food Industry Management, and PGCE. Nick manages the Food Centre, and has food industry experience.
Dot completed MSc Meat Science and Technology at University of Bristol, and has been teaching at Reaseheath since 2000. Dots previous career was in the “Red meat Industry” as Technical Manager and Account Management.
Singing in a local band, reading Thrillers.
Sam completed her FdSc in Food Technology with Management at University Centre Reaseheath, BSc (Hons) in Food Technology with Management at University Centre Reaseheath, and her PGCE at University of Wolverhampton. Sam is an experienced Course Manager and Lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training & coaching industry. Sam is skilled in Cake design, Cake Decorating, Catering, Food & Beverage, Budgeting, Bakery Theory, and Cooking, and has 37 years experience in Professional Cake Design.
Sam has a passion for Special Education and Equal opportunities for physically disabled students accessing practical subjects. Sam’s daughter was born with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus, she is a full time wheelchair user and since she was born Sam has campaigned for the fortification of flour with folic acid to help reduce neural tube defects in new babies. Sam met The Queen & Prince Philip at Westminster Palace, when her daughter was the flower girl for Motabilty.
